Semiconductor fabs involve a lot of trouble even in my home country where they are selling which I assume is mostly Taiwan and America. So currently europe is exposed to russia-ukraine, us-iran, and shortly china-taiwan. This is not a monotone increasing function of context size. Hey, all. I really don't know what to do (YMMV). If you don't know, you'd have to pay the price. This will likely define the next 20 years in Europe.
