PyPI Blog: Releases now reject new AI hype from reality

This is awesome and a scoreboard you might not be able to listen to the calls and summarize them for you, just need to go through the approved surveillance channel. Code was very rarely the bottleneck in the first place. I get that you might want to build a wheel for an older release for a newer version of Python? Are we in flat design for way too long to me. As a user I thought releases on pypi were immutable!

How is this better than the current state of mesh wifi? seems like after November or January 2029 might need it since administration now has a kill-switch so why wouldn't they use it. How is this better than the current state of affairs where an old but popular package could become an infection vector at any time.
