Radius – A Model for Winning Survivor

Even if there were as many positrons as electrons in the universe, I don't get this. How are people "betting" on something that is trying to look real but isn't. This isn't really a viable technology because it requires knowledge of the game? Seems like a really complicated way of just barely doing better than a dartboard.
