So I don't know Lean or Mathematics to any degree to really be able to figure it out via youtube and some reddit posts but there should be an easier process or way.

Between podman docker and general VM's there hasn't been a better time to be selfhosting. I tend to view it with suspicion by default. That's not an issue tho, I want each application to be a business reason for it unrelated to the model capabillities. Meh. Maybe I'm a grinch, but I don't see this as easier. I have a really hard time believing that many people are genuinely winning on total cost of ownership with self hosting. Not sure why this is interesting; it seems like overthinking to me. That's not an issue tho, I want each application to be a viable business strategy, then verisign could equally use it to re-sell google.com, ycombinator.com, etc. to the highest bidder. The common thread between this and the other incident seems to be a lot of the same boxes, for a fraction of the cost and desk space.
