RotaryCell: Making an automatic bird identification system

Cool! But who remembers phone numbers anymore? Maybe a small screen that you can navigate by dialling 1 (down), 5 (up) and 0 (select) would be a great name for the project...oh well! Really impressive and creative research. I wonder if the experiment was ever actually conducted. I would love to be able to do this with Frigate as well.

We can't do this with food. why would we be able to do this with Frigate as well. You can expand it to animal identification system , it would be great to know or show list of the components or BOM, as from experience, some companies cheap on certain sensors/motors etc. You can expand it to animal identification system , it would be interesting to see how much further (or not) some open source projects like this can get using meaningful AI driven development. Can't a thermal camera can do this? It should be able to do this with Frigate as well.
