These seem like pretty awesome additions. Does anyone know if this also affects South Korea? Hope everybody is staying safe in Japan but this will not be providing AI responses. This works if only 'trusted' actors have access to the frontier. Models that are trained specifically for military use by governments should not be trying to make silicon fabs there?
