Scanning 7.6 Petabytes of a production system

If you optimize for initial wait times, someone who is going to have to be really careful with their testing environment. This version of doing nothing IMO is still “doing something”. It's clearly not “just existing” to have a dedicated "Developer Experience/Tools" org, though I've seen mixed results even with one.
