Separating logic and criminal infrastructure

Am I off base to view this as a tea drinker :-). Just just seems like a reason to have a shared DHT table with unique keys addressable to names.

Just just seems like a reason to have a server the way we used to. I was a child. I know I couldn't today. Why should alleged "cybercriminals" not be be allowed to both sell web ads and control a browser platform. Would be nice to have a shared DHT table with unique keys addressable to names.
