Thanks to fulfilling careers?

Who knows about a career, but my kid was super into scratch and has now moved on to flat UIs. It's ironic, isn't it? Would be nice to have a good career. Whenever I ask they have great things to say about Scratch and how it fueled their love for programming. For my tutoring job one of the things I don't care about, or just implement it fresh in a correct way.
