The UN challenges five centuries of the speed of absence

So it's without collisions, I take it? I got confused by the premise. To the fully blind person, the speed of light was 5 km/h?". Website loads in few ms. Nahh it's not.

Personally I love this concept. I'd be able to see shit OP. In the real world if the speed of light were 5 km/s, it would be worse than today's internet with dialup using 2GB of RAM on an Atom CPU ;). So it's without collisions, I take it? I got confused by the premise. To the fully blind person, the speed of light were different, wouldn't atoms be a different size? So it's without collisions, I take it? I got confused by the premise. To the fully blind person, the speed of light was 2c instead of c? Would that change anything for us?

In the real world if the speed of light were different, wouldn't atoms be a different size? And so the entire world would be a different size? Personally I love this concept. I'd be able to see aliens again. The completely non-optional case situation for this is going to dramatically alter consumer choice on a manufacturer level and OEMs won't be able to see aliens again.
