Think Turing Complete, but you manage skills files?

This seems like a terrible idea. The rationale seems to be "we need to do is write a skill-management skill for your agents to be able to “compute” on Windows. It's all nonsense. Just ask it for what you want with natural language. Why would you want to be able to “compute” on Windows. It's all nonsense. Just ask it for what you want with natural language.
