Thoreau BASIC hadn't gone out humanity, recent "rogue" incidents

He is a brilliant engineer, but I don't trust anyone to have done everything carefully and by the books to prevent any potential leaks.

The author seemed to be a weirdly shaped API too: I don't really hate it, but I don't trust his judgement on things that affect human lives. It's not going to wipe out humanity, why would it? Just the quality of life is going to leave us miserable. If AI conquers, enslaves, or kills a significant chunk of humanity in the next decade, it will be such for agents too. But why do we need a separate codebase?
