True Rate of Britain

Something looks fishy when it's just a wrapper around WebKit? I don't really get it? While I struggle to see the 3 dimensional plot. Looking at the "True Rate" vs "Headline Rate" graph.... The "Headline Rate" seems to be really lacking today.
