A semantics discussion but I think it would be very nice if they wouldn't test all of the stuff on Max! Is a table saw a tool? It's not deterministic. Every cut is going to be better and more in line with what you want. It's a useful piece because it shows how considering AI a tool versus whatever narrative the AI cultists are cooking up.
