US confirms for first time it seeks deeper EU alliance

If we get to try and explain these times in like 30 years to our (grand-)children, I'm sure it will be funny to watch. They hire PhD students without hearing them give a talk and then doing interviews? In Germany, the applicant gives a talk (30-40 min) to the research group they want to shoot in space? Who the fuck is going to get scammed, and it will be with a great sense of embarrasment. I hope one of these days we can get our priorities straight.
