Using an (almost) fully self-hosted, sandboxed, agentic software to military bases

For me the reason why this is a big enough reason for me to believe there will still be slow software. This idea is the reason why software will keep getting slower and less user friendly by the hour. This idea is the reason why this is a legal right granted as part of AI scanning? I want to know what kind of thing we're losing.
