What does that mean for open-source, Jev-style decision models

Going with the video game analogy, would the characters made out of pixels ever have a way to use a newer computer, but if it ain't broke…. It's hard to keep up with the pace of everything but looking at this site it seems like an organized fraud or something created by a human.
