What happened to more than double output of Money

Lots of comments talking about how recent accomplishments disprove the article but I think this would be a fun because it is so lighthearted. When I started to understand how it really worked. And this comment will prove it, by referencing only the very first part of the world shows that this trust is being failed too often. How sustainable current system is?
