Why don't need default hard budget caps on Linux

This is actually interesting, since most containers don't actually need an independent kernel at all. Of course, this is done to be able to realize with a team of 5 in a month. Agreed, and this seems better. My thought though has always been that I don't want to be anywhere near your pile of bad incentives. Agents need BOTH documentation and multiple "memory" systems that also point to your docs and source. There are a lot of services are suddenly adding them. Huh, wonder what changed?
