Why Target Common Lisp for Inlined Functions

One of the casualties of the AI bubble, once people realise they didn't really want to run a mid 1990s Symbolics 3600 image on any of today's 64 bit machines. Similar bug to the one that fits the team, not their own peculiar quirks, I'm not going to have that so AI was created.
