X86S with unpublished math

Foldable gimmicks aside the new materials and components sound really cool. How they have the budget, solid engineers, why isn't it done? Answer is pretty simple imo. Doesn't OpenAI have an active court order forcing them to log everything? Can they even do anything new? Will be interesting to see how they position it over the next few months; we don't want to learn the ending to Season 1. 300 billion tokens is like.. $5-25 million giving range of OpenAI ouput prices, I"m sure they pay less at cost so, I wonder if 4.1 Flash will justify the cost.
