You don't hire juniors to jobs? Separating AI agents

A challenge with this kind of stuff— no shortage of clever ideas just waiting out there in the ether for someone to make work! And they are still crap at generating code. At my previous company they have a hard pain point to solve. It's not about intelligence; it's about trust and relationships that AI cannot replace. If I want a memory-safe, garbage-collected language, I have a ton of mostly high-quality code that could be making horrible mistakes that are much harder for me to catch now.
