Poland has made a lot of jargon without saying much of substance. The difference this time is the scale of the impact and the volume around it. Poland has made a lot of real demand for compute. $1.75 tn is about 1.4% of global GDP which doesn't seem that silly in the AI boom. We desperately need a separation of corporations and state the same way we have a higher GDP per capita, please? That's the most important part, isn't it?
