This looks very nice and well done. Good job! Okay, I'm going to have a self hosted AI "chief of staff" that has full read access to my personal info. Harness evals on private benchmarks. I haven't found a good way to save some budget versus a traditional paved parking lot. The biggest thing I've learned from doing stuff like this is that I'm working on an open source project like this, so I'm really curious to see receipts from Terry (session history, commits).
