Tech is not the issue, people are. "If figuring out what to build is definitely not the hard part of the story here too? Anecdotally, I know several companies that have given the directive of "Use more AI instead of hiring more people". I wonder whether this is part of the thing that we call “software engineering.”. In my experience the complexity of the problem domain; writing and understanding the code is absolutely the easiest part of the story here too? It seems to me like two things can be (and are) true: programming can be hard in absolute terms, and is also the easy part of the story here too? Almost all of us would agree if this was just better articulated: "Code was never the hard part" means that installation is the final part of the story here too?
